Kylie from Click with Kylie working on a Shopify store from North Stradbroke Island

Hey, I'm

Kylie

I'm a former Shopify store owner and e-commerce founder.

Based on North Stradbroke Island, Queensland.

Someone who knows the moment when it finally clicks. And now helps other women get there too.

My Shopify story starts where you might be right now

Not too long ago, I was exactly where you might be right now. I had a Shopify store I was proud of. Products I believed in. A business I worked incredibly hard on. And I had absolutely no idea why the right people weren't finding me.

What followed was many years of learning. Some of it exciting, some of it genuinely hard. It changed not just my store, but the way I understood what running an

e-commerce business actually takes.

This is that story. And it's also why I started Click with Kylie.

From no sales to page one of Google: my Shopify SEO story

A few years ago I launched a Shopify store called Sunny Bliss, selling beach lifestyle products from small women-owned brands, because supporting other women in business is and always will be close to my heart.

Then I had an idea of my own. I designed a range of silicone snorkel sets for women and teens. Beautiful pastel colours, matching fins, and all the little details I wished existed. There was nothing quite like them on the market.

I worked with manufacturers, organised samples, took photos and wrote every product description. I poured my heart into every detail. When it came time to launch, I invested in having my Shopify store professionally built. And I loved it. It felt like me.

Then I hit publish and waited for the sales to roll in.

Nothing...  Silence...  I was crushed!

What I didn't understand about getting found on Google

I had a beautiful Shopify store, but I didn't really understand what was happening behind the scenes. I knew SEO was a thing, but I didn't truly understand what it meant for my own store.

I didn't know how Google found products, why certain words mattered, or what might have been quietly holding me back. It all felt like another language, and I didn't even know what questions to ask or where to start.

Eventually, I decided to get some help from someone who really knew SEO. And that's when I realised something: finding someone who knows what they're doing is one thing.

Finding someone who can explain it clearly, kindly, and without making you feel silly? That's rare.

The moment it finally clicked

Thankfully, I found that person. She explained things in plain English, not in a way that made me feel behind, but in a way that finally clicked. She helped me understand how keywords worked, what the data was telling me, and why the words and structure across my store actually mattered.

And once I started to understand it, I didn't just leave it there. I studied it. Tested things. Made mistakes. Tried again. And honestly? I became a little obsessed. What had once felt overwhelming suddenly became something I genuinely loved.

It wasn't just that it started to come together. It was that I finally felt capable.

I clicked with the way she explained things. And for the first time, my store started to make sense too.

How I grew my Shopify store
to page one of Google

I started putting everything into practice. The words across my store, my analytics, the way my pages were set up. Tweaking and learning as I went.

No magic button. No overnight success. No paid ads. Just the right foundations, built slowly and steadily.

My products started ranking on page one, above businesses with budgets and teams I could only dream of. Eventually, I sold out completely.

And the best part? I finally understood why it was working.

But here's the part nobody talks about

Along the way, there were plenty of hard moments too. One of my biggest setbacks happened when stock arrived from my manufacturer with a fault I had no legal way to fix.

So I sat at home and pulled apart more than 1,000 snorkel masks. By hand. One by one.

I replaced every faulty part and reassembled every single one. It was one of the loneliest, most exhausting things I've ever done. The kind of thing that never makes it into anyone's highlight reel.

But it taught me something important. Running a business isn't just about products and websites. It's about resilience, backing yourself, and keeping going when things don't go to plan.

Behind every small business is a real person doing their absolute best with what they have.

That's why I started Click with Kylie

Because finding someone who can explain the confusing parts clearly, kindly and without judgement can change everything. I know that, because it changed everything for me. I clicked with the person who helped me understand my store, and now I want other women in small business to feel that same relief.

That moment of 'Ohhh, now it makes sense.' It's an amazing feeling.

And that's what I'm here to give you.

Fresh eyes on your store. Clear explanations, always. Someone genuinely in your corner, not just for the wins but for the hard days too.

Getting found online isn't just about clicks. It's about helping the right people find you, trust you, and feel confident buying from you. And it's about you finally feeling confident too.

I built Click with Kylie because I know how hard it is to do this alone. And I don't want that for you.

"From this day forward, you won't have to figure it all out alone."

Ready to get your store found?

Now you know my story. If any of it felt familiar, I'd love to hear yours.
